Returns Policy

  • Claims for return must be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of product.
  •   Return claims require an advance authorization form the CSR (Customer Service Representative) with valid reason for returning is a must.
  •   Return claims are invalid for equipment (such as heat press, cutters, printers etc.)
  •   Return claims are invalid for inks (let it be packed or unpacked)
  •   Please note that if the returned product is found damaged due to the fault of customer, refund will not be made from our behalf. To avoid this, please ensure, the product is packed safely to mitigate any damage.
Returns Shipping Cost
If and when the return item is not due to the fault of DIY, The cost of return will be incurred from your side.
If I Am Receiving a Refund, When Will It Be Processed?
As we, at DIY receive the returned product, we will inspect that product before taking further actions If found, a wrong product was ordered, a refund will be initiated and processed within the next 3 to 5 business days, from the date DIY received the product.
If found, the wrong product was delivered from the behalf of DIY, a refund will be initiated and processed within the next 3 to 5 business days, from the date DIY received the product.
If found, the product to be defective, DIY will test it upon its validation, a refund will be initiated and processed within the next 5 to 8 business days, from the date DIY received the product.
Please note that refund, credit could take ideally up to 5 to 8 business days to reflect on your account.
